Who handles your information
The operator of openqa.cn operates openqa.cn and is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact: dev@clawyi.com.
What we collect
Enquiry form (/enterprise): email, the problem you describe, and optionally your name, company, phone or WeChat, and the service you are interested in; plus the page you submitted from and the time you agreed to this policy.
Beta application (/beta): email, intended use, and optionally name, company, role, team size, operating system, current tools and how you heard of us.
Submissions (/submit): the repository or tool you submit, notes, and your email and name if you give them.
Your IP address is used in memory to limit repeated submissions and is not written to our database. Our hosting provider may keep standard access logs.
Visit statistics: the page you open, the page that referred you, campaign tags in the link, how long the page was on screen and how far you scrolled, clicks on outbound links and on the contact, beta and enterprise pages, and your browser type, operating system, device type, screen size and language. Instead of your IP address we store a one-way hash of address and browser, salted with a value that changes every day, so a visitor can be counted once per day but not recognised across days or traced back to an address. Visits from search and AI crawlers are recorded by crawler name.
Why
To reply to your enquiry, run the beta programme and review submissions, and to see which pages are read and how people find the site. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Where it goes
Form data and visit statistics are stored in our NocoDB database. Enquiries are also sent as a message to our team chat (Feishu or WeCom group bot) so they are answered quickly.
We do not transfer personal information outside mainland China for these purposes.
How long
Enquiries and applications are kept for up to two years after our last contact with you, then deleted. You can ask us to delete them earlier. Visit statistics are deleted after thirteen months.
Cookies and local storage
One cookie remembers your language choice for a year. Session-only storage holds a flag that stops the homepage animation from replaying and a random visit id that ends when you close the tab. Visit statistics are first-party: no cookies, no third-party analytics or advertising scripts. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, no visit statistics are recorded.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, copy or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by emailing dev@clawyi.com. We reply within 15 working days.
